Excel's Listing Option Packages

Basic Seller's $499.00

• 6 month listing in the Indiana MLS with 6 photos ($250 more for 9 months)
• Full Broker/Agent support
• Professional Sign in yard
• Seller's Disclosures, Counter Forms, Contracts etc. are provided
• Seller's make all their own appointments for showings with other agents
• Seller's offer 2.5 to 3% to selling office
• Free changes and Open House notifications on MLS
• Professional Master Flyer, if you'd like to put an information box in the yard
• Internet exposure through Realtor.com and our personal Excel website that also goes to other home search sites

Options:

• Security Lockbox add $50.00:     Realtors have electronic keys for easy access to properties when Seller's are not at home.  We would highly recommend this option.
• Photos add $30.00:     If you don't have a digital camera, we'll be happy to take your photos.
• Completion of All Paperwork add $200.00:     If you're not comfortable completing the required Listing Contract, Seller's Disclosures, Listing Change Request, etc.   We'll personally come to your home to complete and explain all of the paperwork during the listing term.

Stepped Up Package 6%

This fee includes "Full Service" with secondary exposure to the Illinois MLS also.

We do offer a 1% discount to 5% if it's sold by an agent of Excel Realty.
